A customer has a grid in their process step int he custom UI. The grid is connected to a connection, not a subpart collection.
They have added columns to it and bound the columns to the correct properties of the part family in the connection and all those properties are Visible and Enabled.
But for some reason, the rows of the grid are blank as shown in attached. The number of rows is correct, but the rows are blank. I feel like I'm missing something obvious.
Anyone have any ideas of what might be wrong?
Are there different Part Families “rolled up” in the connection that you are using? If so, do they all have the all the properties being shown in the gird? If not, please add all the properties shown in the grid to each Part Family in in the connection.
If that doesn’t work, we may need to take a peek at their set-up in Architect.
I know this is an old post and this one is most likely resolved but just wanted to put it in here for future references...the only time I have seen columns in grid not showing anything is when the property is marked as not 'visible' in architect.
