Try using this command on each machine to generate an XLS listing the installed updates. It makes it easier to sort and compare them:
wmic qfe get /format:csv > C:\updates.csv
it will export a list of installed Windows updates, in CSV format, and save it in the file "updates.csv" in the root directory of Drive C. The first two bytes of the file are the UTF-16 byte-order marker (BOM), despite the rest of the file being encoded in UTF-8.
Valid formats are CSV for CSV format, HFORM for an HTML format, HTABLE for another HTML format, LIST for TSV format, MOF, and RAWXML for XML format.
