LMS Amesim comes with a standard design exploration module allowing users to conduct DOE calculation, optimization and Monte Carlo studies. The response surface model capabilities of this module allow to fully benefit from the nonlinear programming by quadratic lagrangian (NLPQL) and genetic algorithm implemented in it. These studies can be parallelized locally (taking advantage of the multi-core architecture of most modern computers) but also on a network.
