Error when installing software

After the lengthy download, I tried installing the software. I was prompted to
click on the next button twice, and after the second click an error message appeared
with the following comment: 'The contents of this file cannot be unpacked. The
executable you are attempting to run has been corrupted. Please obtain another
copy of the file, verify its integrity, and try again.'
I then downloaded the software again with the same result.
Any ideas?

How long did it take to download the software?
We are experiencing some performance issues with the download server.
Sometimes the download is fast, 30 minutes for me. Sometines it takes many
hours (8 hours or more).
If you are getting a connection where it takes many hours, I can see where
the file may also get corrupted.
All I can tell you to do at this time is to try to download again and look
at the connection speed.
