How do I save to PDF file?

How do I save to a *.PDF file?
The local printer says they only can accept .pdf or .tif file formats.
Solid Edge 2D V20 "Help" says you can save documents to other file formats including
.pdf and .tif.
However, when I try to save the file using the "Save As" command I am only given
three choices: *.dft, *.dgn, or *.dwg The "Options" buttion is grey, it does
not work.
I tried to save the file by simply entering "test76.pdf" but Solid Edge saved it
by adding the extension .dft, creating. "test76.pdf.dft".
I am sure the local printer will not be able to read my file with the .dft extension
on the end of the file.

Not quite sure what is wrong, but if its urgent, then you should just
download www.pdf995.com. This will let you print to PDF for free if you
don't mind the ads, or $9.95 if you want suppress the ads.
