LOOKING FOR TABLE TUTORIAL

Re: LOOKING FOR TABLE TUTORIAL

Sorry for the blank entry. I mistakenly hit the Enter key.
Here's the question.
According to Help there is a table tutorial available. I clicked on the Help arrow
in the upper right hand corner and selected LEARNING TOOLS/SE TUTORIALS. An error
window popup said I needed .Net Frameworks 3.5 SP1 to show. I verified that I have
that update. Now what?
Thanks,
Ron

Re: LOOKING FOR TABLE TUTORIAL

Ron,
Can you run any tutorials?
Where in help were you looking that talked about table tutorials?
Regards,
Rick B.

Re: LOOKING FOR TABLE TUTORIAL

Ricky, no. I clicked on the Help Index icon in the upper right and selected SE Tutorials
under Learning Tools. That's when I got the error message.
However, to fix a software problem with a Uniblue utility recently, I uninstalled
and reinstalled the latest.Net Frameworks. I solved my Uniblue problem. But I
do remember having to think where the update was downloaded to. Maybe the problem
is that SE can't find it where it's "suppose" to be.

Re: LOOKING FOR TABLE TUTORIAL

Ron,
If you uninstalled and reinstalled .NET, you may need to reinstall Solid
Edge.
You can access the tutorials from the startup screen. This is the one
displayed when there is no draft file open. There is a tutorial section to
the page. I would assume you will have the same problem trying to access the
tutorials from there.
There are only three tutorials. I believe you are beyond anything you will
pick up in the tutorials.
Regards,
Rick B.

Re: LOOKING FOR TABLE TUTORIAL

Ricky, I've finally got SE and my mouse working OK. I agree I don't need the tutorials.
I saw the basic one when I first downloaded SE.
Thanks,
