License Problem

I have download installation file and run it.
After some days I obtain a SELicense.txt for Solid Edge Free 2D V19.
I followed instruction in the e-mail, I have overwrite the exist file SELicense.dat
with new file but program doesn't run.
I obtain an error message of invalid license. Contact System Administrator to obtain
it.
I don't made any change in license file.
I have tried to erase CR and LF but I don't obtain any result.
My last idea was to uninstall program then try to reinstall give the license file
(SELicense.dat saved in temp directory) when ask to give an optional license file.
The installation maybe terminate ok, but at the end when I try run program I obtain
the same error. No valid License Contact System Administrator to obtain it.
Someone could help me ?

Alberto,
Can you please post the text of the error? There should be an error number
in the error string that is displayed. This will help in determining your
problem.
Also, what operating system are you runing on?

Text of error is in italian language: "Non si disponde di una licenza valida per
Solid Edge. Contattare l'amministratore di sistema per ottenerla"
I translate it in English language: No valid License Contact System Administrator
to obtain it.
My operating system are Windows XP Professional SP2 with Office XP Professional
and NetFramework 2.0.
I have tried to install it in a different Pc (XP SP2 and Office XP PRO and NetFramework
2.0) with the same license but I obtain the same error.
If you want I can send you my SELicense.dat.

Local login successfully.
