New user questions


On loading the program and clicking Tutorials, I get a window saying that "Menu.exe
has encoutered a problem and needs to close"
I have reinstalled the program with a similar result.
I have tried to send a message to free2d@webresponse.net but the mail is returned
as undeliverable.
What am I doing wrong?

William,
When you install the software you will be prompted to install some Microsoft
components (.NET). The Help system depends on these. Did you allow these to
be installed?

Thank you for your message. I have reinstalled the program-twice- and I did not
see a reference to the option you mention. I also installed a Download Manager
in case I was missing something, without success.
