Mike,
This sounds like the executable is corrupt in some way. This may have
happened when downloading it. What language did you download? Right Mouse
Click on the SE2DDraft.exe and click on Properties in the menu. Click on the
General tab in the Properties dialog. What is the file size? If you
downloaded the English version, it will be something like 243,779,832 bytes.
Click on the Digital Signatures tab. Again, if you downloaded English, the
Timestamp will be Monday, October 22, 2007.
If the file size is much smaller than the number provided or the Digital
Signature is not there at all, then the file was corrupted. you can download
it again. If you downloaded another language, the size will still be close
and the timestamp will be within a few days of the date provided.
If everything checks out, you may need to reboot. Files needed by the
installation process may be tied up by another process.
Regards,
Rick B.
