SE2d won't start

N/A

I have downloaded and installed SE2d and everything installs with no error messages.
When I come to run the program everything seems fine but when I try and open an
existing file or start a new drawing I can get as far as choosing a template and
that is as far I can get. I then get the attached message and everything closes.
If I start the tutorial the help file opens and I can navigate through it but the
main program window closes and I am just left with the help displayed.
I have noticed that if I hover over the save icon top left of the screen it says
I have an unlicensed version. So I don't know what to do.
My machine is now completely locked so hopefully you will get this.

David,
When you receive this dialog, do you click on Yes or No. If you click on
Yes, a log file will be sent to our development team that specifies where
the crash occurs. No user specific information is included. Only a crash log
of the product will be sent.
What are the specs of your system? (XP/Vista, Processor, Memory)
This will help me to annalyze the problem.

Ricky,
Thanks for the reply, the first time it happened I did click yes but subsequently
my machine was so locked up I just tried to stop everything via Task Manager.
Apologies I forgot to tell you my machine specs.
XP Home Edition SP2
Celeron 2.8ghz
1.25gb Ram
Graphics Radeon 9000 64mb
As an aside I did have the previous version working a couple of years ago and the
viewer has loaded.
Hopefully this will help.

David,
I believe your problem is graphics card related. Read the post "Application
Freezes' just after your post. Read my suggestoins about turning off
hardware acceleration on the graphics card.
