setting scale


How do i scale down a drawing to fit on an 8.5 x 11 paper size?
I need to scale down the drawing on the sheet 1 to fit the background drawing sheet
8.5 x 11.

Frank,
Left Mouse Click on the 2D Model view that you have placed on Sheet1. You
will see a ribbon bar displayed above the drawing area display window. This
ribbon bar will allow you to set properties of the 2D Model view you placed.
One of the properties is Scale. This is a combo box list of typical scales.
Another is Scale Value. This will allow you to enter a specific decimal
scale value. Try these to change the scale of your 2D Model View. Then just
click and drag the 2D Model View to the desired location. You can also find
more properties for the 2D Model View by Right Mouse Click on the view and
selecting Properties from the list.
