This is actually the last Window I see from the web installer (45 day trial).
The installation doesn't start at all.
Client is a standard Win7 64bit SAG gain client.
Reboot was done, still no difference.
English and German LP tested, same result.
Has anybody a solution to this?

First: It's a standard Siemens client within the network. So main difference would be:
- policy controlled access rights to c:\root where the webinstaller wants to save the installation files
This can be solved by starting the webinstaller directly as local administrator.
I guess it can't use the system proxy, so the connection to download the files can't be established.
This was solved by downloading the files on a 'private' client without proxy.
Installation on the Siemens client worked by coping them.
Now I got the next issue about the proxy, I can't activate the trial
Is there a possibility to configure Solid Edge to use the system proxy?
