2019 SDK documentation location?

Legend
Legend

I wonder if I am the only person that struggles to find the api documentation when they change the URL format.

ST6 path is this:

https://support.industrysoftware.automation.siemens.com/trainings/se/106/api/webframe.html

ST7 followed:

https://support.industrysoftware.automation.siemens.com/trainings/se/107/api/webframe.html

ST8 was this:

https://docs.plm.automation.siemens.com/docs/se/108/api/webframe.html

ST9  and AT10 followed:

https://docs.plm.automation.siemens.com/docs/se/109/api/webframe.html

https://docs.plm.automation.siemens.com/docs/se/110/api/webframe.html

Does anyone know where 2019 is?

the sesdk.chm in the DVD is ~60kb and only tree shows up, none of the pages are available.

edit:

I tried this concatination of part of the url from 2019 help

https://docs.plm.automation.siemens.com/tdoc/se/2019/api/webframe.html

but it does not work.

Thank you.

Hi Dave this link doesn't seems to work : https://docs.plm.automation.siemens.com/docs/se/2019/api/webframe.html

I get the following result  :

Not Found

The requested URL /docs/se/2019/api/webframe.html was not found on this server.

I tried with Edge, Firefox and Chrome.

Can it be because I'm in a french environnement ?

If so how can I force english help ?

Regards,

Romuald

Hi @bnemec,

My .chm works as expected. I've get it from the DVD Media.

Find it attached.

Hope it helps.

Edit: Sorry, file is too large to attach.

@LordCoy from the GTAC Solution Center database:

http://gtac.industrysoftware.automation.siemens.com/view.php?si=001-7634049

Where it states...

<--

  • Online guide Programming with Solid Edge cannot be opened
  • Symptom
  • ---------------
The Solid Edge API help/Programmer's Guide, started from the Learn Solid Edge
Tab will not display in the browser - in this case Internet Explorer - if the
web browser primary Language is not English e.g. German or Russian.

If "Programming with Solid Edge" is selected in the Learn Solid Edge Tab using
    the browser with link address:

    http://docs.plm.automation.siemens.com/docs/se/108/api/webframe.html

you will get the message "The webpage cannot be found".
  • Hardware/Software Configuration
  • Solid Edge
  • Solution
  • The workaround is to set English Language as the primary language in
    the Internet Explorer Web browser.

    1. Start the IE Browser
    2. Select Tools -> Internet Options -> General Tab: Language -> add English to
the Language and move it up to the first position.
    3. Accept and close both dialogs with OK

Now when "Programming with Solid Edge" is selected from the Learn Solid Edge
Tab the online guide will be displayed.

Ensure you change the language back if Programmer's guide is no longer
    needed.

Well that was a stupid question.  My question, not yours LordCoy.

Thank you Dave.
