accessing the properties of a Solid Edge document via the RevisionManager object, as described in (your) .NET's Programmers Guide for Solid Edge STx (page 161 ff) doesn't work.
As soon as the PropertySets collection gets accessed (i.e. by propSets.Count()), a COM/Interop exception occurs. Visual Studio 2010 (.NET 4.0) is also unable to display members of the PropertySets property when debugging. I had observed this problem already with Visual Studio 2005 (.NET 2.0) and Visual Studio 2008 (.NET 3.5) and Solid Edge versions starting from V20 up to ST4. Any glue what is going wrong?

I got a chance to test this and you are right. It just does not work (ST4). To add to your observation, I even tried the same code in Visual Basic 6 and I get the same error so it's not a .NET issue. The best course of action at this point is to have you submit an PR with GTAC (or VAR).
