Somebody can help me? I want to use c# resource (*.resx) in addin? For example, when I create a toolbar, I want to set the command button icon in c# resource, not c++ resource (*.res). When I create a command group (ribbion bar), I want to use windows form, not dialog in the file of addin.res.

Regarding the resouces file, it's not possible. You must use the .res format and embed it into your assembly via compile switch as VS.NET does not support it.
I'm not sure on the ribbon bar request but I believe it's possible to do it with .NET Forms.

I'm pretty sure you'll run into the same problem with the ribbon bar. The API expects a resource id for a Win32 dialog (similar to the resource id for the bitmaps in SetAddInInfo) - you'd need to embed a form in the modules resources for this to work and I'm not sure if this is possible.
