I have a specific question about a macro.
I want to have a macro that prints my selected draft sheet tot a .jpeg file with my printer "PDFill PDF&Image Writer". The .jpeg file must be saved in a specified folder with a specified name.
That name has 3 parts:
-the value of the block label "Artikelnummer" on the selected sheet
-the value of the file name (file name of the draft) without extension
So if I have 2 sheets in the draft with a different block label value for "Artikelnummer", I want to random select a sheet and use my macro to save the .jpeg with the correct name.
Is this possible and how can you do this in Visual Studio?
I'm using Solid Edge ST8.
Is there a reason you aren't just using Save As Image from SE to get the JPEG instead of using a printer to do this?
The JPG-file is used in our ERP-system and must be printed on real size. This works perfectly with this PDF-printer.
When I do Save As Image the JPEG isn't on the right scale.
