Preventing the ESC key interupting macro

I have a SE macro that places drawing borders and fills in title blocks etc.

When placing the drawing border, a source draft file is opened containing several different borders and the appropriate graphics are copied and then pasted into the destination file.

While doing this the Solid Edge Application is disabled using objApp.Interactive = False, but I have discovered that when the source file is opened, pressing the ESC key interupts the macro and enables interaction with the source file.

Last week a user somehow managed to delete all the sheets from the source file.

I have since made the file read-only as a safety precaution, but would like to prevent the interuption happening in the first place.

Does anyone have any ideas how I can do this ?

Terry,

do you open the source file in another (new) instance of Solid Edge? That's the only cause i see that the user could get interactive access to Solid Edge.
