Saving Draft Document as Image

[ Edited ]

Hello,

In Solid Edge ST2, there is command that allows me to save my current sheet in a draft document as an image. This can be done interactively using the Save As->Save As Image command.

Is there a way I can do this programmatically? If so, what is the proper function to call?

Thanks,

Brian

Brian,

you may use the SaveAsImage method of a View object:

seApp.Windows(1).View.SaveAsImage(...)

with seApp referencing the Solid Edge Application object and Windows(1) being the Window with the contents to be saved as image.

.... Sh := SEDraft.Sheets.Item(i);

... Sh.CopyEMFToClipboard();
