Do you mean you want a "big" button in ST (the new command ribbon UI)? Toolbars are now converted to a group on the ribbon. If you have a large bitmap or want your image scaled up, you need to set the button style to seButtonIconAndCaptionBelow.

Tip: Starting with ST2 MP3, you can have your toolbar create its own tab by doing the following to the command bar name:

name = "My tab" & chr(10) & "My Group1".

You can add multiple groups by creating multiple command bars that share the first part of the name:

name2 = "My tab" & chr(10) & "My Group2".
