If you're trying to get the drawing number from the properties, those are stored in the part file. So this is what you'll have to do:

1) Sift thru all model links in the active dft. (b/c you can have more than one part linked to a draft)

2)Then use ModelLink.ModelDocument.Properties This will be were all the property items are. In my case, I have my drawing numbers in the 'Custom' properties. There are many properties items here, so you'll have to 'For Each' thru them to find the property item you want.

I'm not a very good programmer, and not all my methods arent the proper way of doing things, but atleast this will get you want.

P.S. - if you havent already, get SolidEdge Spy. It does wonders on finding were information is held withing the SE structure.
