Another problems with installation SE !

Hi,

While i try to install SE (ST6) my CPU found an issue. It says: " The wizard was interrupted before Solid Edge ST6 could be completely installed. Your system has not been modified. To complete installation at another time, please run setup again".

Someone know what I shold do with this issue? I have win7 professional x64 and have service pack 2. I tried to find answer on google but I found nothing helpful. I hope someone here can help Smiley Happy

Same problem here! Tried everything I could find on the Internet and still the same problem! When trying to install ST3 and ST5 the same problem comes up! Please help Smiley Wink

Hi there,...try right clicking on the '.exe' file and choosing "Run As Administrator"....also, some anti virus apps can interfere with the install, try disabling temporarily.

All that does not help, tried everything there is to find in other forum entries. No antivirus on, run as admin, service packs are installed, everything else closed on computer... everything! Please, there must be an answer!!! Smiley Very Happy

Disable UAC:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/windows-vista/turn-user-account-control-on-or-off
Temporarily disable anti-virus.
Using a file archiver/extraction program i.e. 7-zip
(http://www.7-zip.org/) manually extract the installer files from the
downloaded .exe file.
Right-click Run as Administrator on the setup.exe from your manually
extracted folder location.
