Best way to create pdf's without the full version of ST6?

So our purchase department would like to send out pdf files of our draft's to vendors. The problem is that they do not have a good way of creating these PDF's. Seeing how the purchase guys are not designing they only have ST6 viewer. What options are out there for them to open our drafts and create a pdf file without a full version of ST6? I really do not want to have an uncontrolled folder full of pdf's nor do i want to have the same information saved in two different locations.

Hi Nathan,

I'm not sure here, but does the viewer allow the user to print?....if so, they could use a free app, like PDF995, or similar.

The problem with the viewer is that it will only produce a thumbnail image(I think that is what it is called). The image is very graining and not usable.

I have the same issue, and I end up creating all of the PDF's at the same time I'm processing the op sheets/drawings, and putting them in a folder for use by purchasing, shop floor, etc. It isn't the most ideal solution and it sucks up some of my time, but the upside is I know everything that is seen or sent out is right.
