Howdy all,

I have a problem with a dimension i changing after break lines have been applied. Is there a way to fix the dimension without manually changing the dimension to blank and typing in the correct dimesion? Attached are snap shots of my problem.

The problem you are having is not clear in the two jpegs.

The 1/4" dimension, shown at item 12, changes to 1/2" after I apply the break.

That is funky. I have it where the attachment points of the dimension overlap the part edges when I apply a break, but I've NEVER seen it change the readout of the dimension. What happens if you add the dimension after you apply the break?

I tried both ways and the result is the same.

That is odd since it doesn't seem to be involved in the break at all.

I managed to fix the problem. For some reason Solid Edge didn't like the way I defined the configuration that I was using to show the detail. I created a new sub-assembly and recreated the view, and the problem fixed itself.
