If you want this to apply to Cutting Plane Lines only, then you need to use "Style Mapping" which allows you to do styles that differ by elements type. First, set up a Style (ISO Section Lines or something) that has the properties you want. Then go to Options > Drawing View Styles and turn on Style mapping and make sure the cutting plane line points to your new style.

Thanks Dan, but it isn't the line I want to modify. All arrow heads are basically the same shape - width is about 1/4 x length. and although section arrows are bigger they can be difficult to distinguish from dimension arrows on a complex drawing. I want the arrow to be wider - about 2/3 x length as shown below - but there is no way to generate a different arrow head style
