Changing the scale

Not applicable

Hello I'm new to any form of auto cad and want to copy some old hand drawn drawings
into Solid Edge free 2 d . The paper size I use on my printer and scanner is A3
. Most of the component sizes are much bigger than A3 and are drawn to suitable
scale to fit A3 . Most components were originally drawn to a scale of 15 to 1
. Can any one advise me on how to change the input default scale from 1 to 1 to
15 to 1 .
It must be possible to do this , can anyone help
Any help would be greatly apreciated
Regards Tony

You are going to have to manually scale them once they are in Solid Edge.
Not aware of any import setting that will change the scale.
