Circles placed adjacent to protrusion edge.

I am stumped. Here is what I have got. I am new to this one and have some of the other assembly parts figured out, but this one is a little different. I have a cylinder, 3/4 inch tall, 1/4 dia, no reference planes, just protrusions, cannot edit them. There is a box, simple, let's say 8 inches by 8 inches. Now for the fun part. I have placed one side of the pin, flat side to the z-x plane.  Easy for that one.  Now, how do I place the same pin 2 inches from the bottom, and two inches from the left side protrusion. Do I need to use the in between measurement?

Thank you. For your input.

Hi @Lex-luthor

just use a tangent relation from cylinder to plane.

For a tangent constraint You can use offset values as for most of the other relations.

Tangent with Offset and I hope I have read and understand Your request correctly.
