Thanks for this extra information, Bruce. I recognize the message, and you're right, it's clearly happening within SE. Your best bet for detailed assistance finding the core problem is probably GTAC right now. They'll be the most knowledgable about network issues that are disrupting the help request. I imagine (I work closely with the guy who wrote the code for this, but he's out of the office for an extended period right now) that the request from Solid Edge is timing out, and that's when the message comes up. Since others aren't seeing the problem, it seems likely that your workstation is busy with something. Are you able to connect to the internet via a different physical cable/outlet? I'm grasping at straws - that's why I think GTAC might be the most knowledgable.
