Ran into a dimensioning question. I attach a dimension from an edge to a round feature that I want to adjust, but it doesn't line up. I delete the said dimension and place a new one starting from the round to the edge, but it is driven. There is nothing that would drive the driven dimension. What is going on? How do I fix this or how do I do this properly? See link below

With the Smart Dimension command, pick the round feature (the cylindrical face) directly. Solid Edge picks the underlying rounded edge automatically.
Then pick the edge on the far side as shown in the clip below.
Also click the Lock icon to make the dimension driven.
I also tapped 'n' couple of times before placing the dimension to get it in the correct orientation.

Maybe you could upload the part so we can look at it?

Some features are better placed in ordered mode: thinwall, chamfers, rounds.
I only place rounds in sync, if i would miss the material in that position.

Hi,
just as I supposed when looking the video.
This is a virtuel corner between the horizonatl line and the lower fillet
If You delete or supress the upper fillet YOu will see how SE will extend the lower radius up to the horizontal line.
And this will be the dimension point for You dim.
Not absolutely certain wether there is another way to get a dim to the end point other then having a small linear segment between those arcs (fillets)

There's a way. Use silhouette keypoint on the curve.

Hi,
found a method to get what You want:
Create a point on the tangent connection of those two fillets and use that for dimensioning
