Drawing View Edge Color is Blue

[ Edited ]

My drawing views appear blue, except for silhoutte edges which are in black.

All line widths are thin too Smiley Sad

I have checked under the Colors tab of Solid Edge Options and also Drawing View Properties.

Any other place that these options could be changed to get the normal appearance ?

I want the default appearance:

Re: Drawing View Edge Color is Blue

Hi,

My friend, don't use part colors for drawing view. RMB on drawing view -> Properties -> Shading & Color tab and here toggle off "Use model colors"! (This option will be on the command bar after selecting drawing view).

This is my vote! Smiley Wink

Hi Imi:

The 'Use Model Colors' option is Off.

I checked that previously.

Check your 'visible' line style hasn't been changed to blue and thinner.

Re: Drawing View Edge Color is Blue

We often use this method to change the colour of reference items in our drawings. By making 'Visible Reference' colour grey or dark grey it just fades them slightly and gives a better contrast with the visible items on complex assemblies.
