ERA: Adding a 'forgotten' part to a exploded Event group ... ?

Hello guys

Which is the easiest (or fastest) way to add an unexploded part to a Event group, after the explosion done?

I usually explode this 'forgotten' part a little distance through same direction as the desired Group, then, I 'Add Event to Group' , changing the distance to match the other parts on that group. But at some big assemblies, it is hard to move up/down the Explode Pathfinder to get the right Groups to manage.

If the Events Groups could have their definition edited (as it is allowed for many other things in SE  - relations, features or PMI section views ) would be cool too.

I recently had to use the explode function after not doing so for some years and find it rather confusing. I don't remember it being so clumsy and difficult to edit.
