When I tell Alternate assemblies is a cripple function, it's never true.
Now I try to make one from an assembly with a mirror and receive this error:
How is this possible???
Both functions are years old and they don't work together.
The lesson is: Never use mirror in an assembly.
Mirrors in assembly it's been revamped few releases ago and now it works very great.
Lesson to learn is "Never use family of assembly".
In my opinion is time for a serious rewrite of FOA.
I am making something that moves (rotation that makes something move that makes something lift), so an alternate assembly is (should be) the best to achieve a view on differet states.
Please Siemens, look at this and make it work good, stable and without this kind of PITA's.
