To get an answer to a question like this more information is needed.
As a start the log file might be useful as would the output from running sesysinfo.exe as soon as the error happens.
As a guess I would look at the graphics subsystem to see if it is adequate for Solid Edge.
Try looking in the install directory.... C:\Program Files\Solid Edge ST6\Program > sesysinfo.exe ....to get the in depth "Solide Edge System Information" that has been asked for.

I try your solutions but not ok. Status remains the same
I has tried your solution as follows:
1. I upgrade Solid Edge Maintenance Patch to version SE64MP6
2. I try clear all file in Temp folder (Start menu -> Search -> type %temp%)
3. Your requirements is looking file sesysinfo.exe but I don't know depth system information that has been asked for.
I copied infor from file sesysinfo.exe to notepad and attach it on the question, please check it help me.

From your sesysinfo file I see that your Nvidia graphics driver is out of date (unsupported) you also appear to be running Windows 7 and not Windows 7.1.
The Siemens supported Nvidia driver can be downloaded here http://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/72759/en-us
I would also recommend that you upgrade to Windows 7.1 as well.
