Extrusion: zero thickness error

Experimenter
Experimenter

Hi, I have worked with SE v20 a bit and have now started working with SE st7. I am following this tutorial on youtube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wIXTKluc59c) but when I try to extrude this part I get a zero-thickness error. I have read simular threads but can't seem to find the problem. I have included a screenshot of the error. Thank you in advace for helping!

You could get that error if you selected the outside edge of one of the swept pipes to make the header plate. I can't see the error just looking at the image. Upload the model maybe?

Looks like the region is getting the outer diameter of the tubes and not your sketch.

Use the chain option with the Extrude command and select all your profiles including the circles.

I'm pretty sure i'm selecting the circles from the sketch, when I select them it says "Edge (sketch20)"

Make sure you activate DesignBody2 first.

It's the same problem. Two bodies trying to share only one edge.

Software thinks should I fuse together and make one or separate and make two? Cant decide.
