FRAMING HELP

I HAVE BEEN TRYING OUT FRAMING NETWORKS WITH I-BEAMS AND THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS I'M USING THE SAME SIZE BEAMS.... WELL ON THE END OF MY COPES YOU WILL SEE IT LEAVES A HAIRLINE WING FROM THE BEAM. IN THIS PICTURE I HID THE BEAM IT BUTTS UP AGAINST. CAN ANYONE ASSIST ME IN A WAY TO GET RID OF THAT LITTLE WING? I TRIED USING THE "CUT" FEATURE TO REMOVE THEM BUT IT FOR SOME UNKNOWN REASON ONLY WORKED ON ONE AND WON'T WORK ON THE OTHERS. I APPOLOGIZE FOR ALL CAPS, IT'S WHAT MY WORK COMPUTER IS ALWAYS SET ON. ALSO IF ANYONE COULD USE MORE PICTURES FOR HELP ASSISTING LEMME KNOW.Capture22.PNG

I do not see the same issue. While the fillets carry through (because coping simply boolean removes the intersecting material) - I do not see the fins or wings. See the picture below. This was made from the Solid Edge supplied profiles.

If you are using your own profiles I would take a close look at the profile, your problem might lie there.
