Format issue with a Radii and Dual Dims

Any suggestions on how to correct the overlapping of the R and the 4.0 ±0.2 dimension in the attached picture?

 

I also can't remove the projection line for same dim, just visable on lower left corner of arc.

One thing you can do is right click on the dimension, go to Properties and then go to the Spacing tab and change the Symbol gap value.

@Gary_Dinges  Change the justification on your secondary units tab of the dimension properties to "Left" rather than "Center".

Overlap fixed.

Still would like to turn of Red Projection Arc, highlighted in picture attached.
