Frames failed to apply the global end condition

Hi, everybody, does any body knows why solid edge is not trimming like i post it in the picture .

I want to make an intersection in a 45° degres coming from an arc .

I receive a warning "Failed to apply the global end condition to one or all of the components".

depending on what version of SE You are using, but here with ST9 it will bring the wanted results.

Frame design is typically Ordered and Assembly. 

 

I remember this being a fight in ST8.  I often ended up creating each part rather than using frame design. 

 

That type of architectual gemetry as always been difficult for CAD. SE does it better than most.

 

I ran away from ST8 as fast as I could because of sheet gage tables times. ST9 was a huge improvement in that area.

Very good @hawcad , I think that in ST9 those small problems are fixed . I tried with ST8 but didnt get a good result.

I agree with you @12GAGE , solid edge is not very friendly with the weldments and pipe routing .
