The Solid Edge Maker Faire offers a free Capture Screen tool for Solid Edge.
This utility can be run from within Solid Edge Part, Assembly and Sheetmetal via a button on the ribbon and captures just the model view to the clipboard.
After pressing the button, no further action is required. You can immediatly paste the image from clipboard to your editing program or instantly open the image file that is automatically created by this tool.
Unlike other screen capturing programs, you don't have to explicitly specify the Solid Edge graphics window to capture the model image. This tool does it automatically.

I'll definitely give this a try.
For a lot of situations, I use the snip tool found in windows. It's really handy, but having a program inside SE is even better.
This is a nice add-in /app for SE on pc.
As for me, I like SE on the Surface Pro 3. I just double click on the head of the sytlus and drag window around my area and volia I've got my area captured and ready to share with just about any application that will take a paste function. In my case, I paste the image into a OneNote Design Review template I created and start marking things up. :-)
to take screenshots and
ta make video's.
The youtube button in SE works fine, but when you try to make a video of SE freezing, this won't work.
