How can I change Angle?

I'm using ST6 with Windows 7.

I tried to change the angle between two lines. However after I entered a new degree, the number shown on the screen changed with underline, but the image didn't change.

As you can see in the screen capture, the actual degree between the two lines are 33.50, and I want to change this angle to 100 so entered 100 in the box shown when I click on the degree, and now it shows the degree is 100, but image doesn't change. It is obvious it is not 100 degree.

According to the information on the internet, the problem is something is conflicting with the degree, but I couldn't find out how to fix this problem. So I would like to have your advice.

Thank you.

Hi muty,

when placing your dimension hit the lock so it is locked, then it should become a driving dimension that should change the line angle.
