To start a Query in SE we have exatelly 13 Parameters to search for:
It could be tha case, that a company has ist own customisable Parameters like it is the case with the following situation:
-Parameter 1 : Bezeichnung1
-Parameter 2 : Bezeichnung2
To avoid wasting time in configuring a query for "every" Assembly, I propose to Copy the content of the Parameter 1 & Parameter 2 and paste them in the field: "Stichwörter" that every SE-User has access to it in the following format for example:
Content of Parameter 1 - Content of Parameter 2
During saving our files for the first time, if we Copy & Paste these Parameters in the right Filed, we could start a Query and find every Part in every Assembly easily without extra effort and time comsumption!
I am now looking for a possibility to copy the 2/N-Custom Parameters and to paste them in the Field "Stichwörter" globaly in a managed or not managed environement without the need the do it manually!
Thanks in advance,

From the file properties I used the following fields: 1 & 2
-Open the files in Solid Edge
-Click on: "Properties Manager"
-Copy & Paste the Customised information to the fields 1 & 2
=>Now it's possible to search for this information globaly from any Assembly without wasting time in customising a Query for each Assembly...
Not sure I follow exactly.
So now you just specify "keyword" or "stichworter" in your query?
In Solid Edge / ASM I have to search for one of the parameters, that Solid Edge offers.
It's not the best sollution but it helps me in the Assemblies and also in the Drafts.
not certain to understand You complete, but as far as I have unterstood,
there are to ways to accomplish Your needs.
Either use a saved query instead of the quick query (yOu can copy it from one asm to another or You write a small macro for copy one or more properties to "Stichwörter"
I would recommend here to use the comment if possible, since there is the opportunity for a multiple line text.
That means evry original proerty could be in a different line.
I think for comparing and finding it could be easier.
I know, that the macro code for copy/paste proeprties form one to another field isn't that difficult,
and I think thee already exists macros doing exactly that.
We have to look for.
