I don't see pattern command by angle in Syn and Ordered

On the Pattern Command Bar is an option called 'Fill' which allows specifying the angular spacing between pattern occurrences. Are you looking for some thing like this ?

I want to use in Rectangular pattern

You perhaps mean staggered pattern by specifying angle of inclination.

This options does not appear to be supported in SE ordered.

 

 

EDIT: Sorry about not mentioning this is possible in Synchronous modelling.

Further to the edit in my previous reply, I tried out the pattern in Synchronous and found the steering wheel can be used to specify an angle for the rectangular pattern:

Not sure if this is still relevant, but just found a simple solution for rotating pattern in Ordered too; see this video:
