Kind of need more specific information on what you wish to achieve. Are you talking about one of the two planar faces on a cylinder?

suppose it is what @nominus38 asked and the simple answer is:

 

Select it with a mouse click and use the Steering Wheel to rotate it

and - if You look for an alternative solution to achieve the rotate face - You also can use the Draft Feature of Solid Edge

Hi - just the one planar face at one end of the cylinder tube. See attached sketch.
