Can you provide an explanation of what your issue is in the body of your post which you left blank? Like are you having an issue constraining them to other parts that position them together or are you having issues constraining them such that they are meshed and operate correctly when turned?

I am facing issue in both the terms. First while applying assembly constrains and other while applying motor.
I am using tangent relationship, but anyhow it shows some interferance. I have tried assembling them using their PCD's as well still facing same issue.
To get them to turn, you are going to have to place an "unlocked" axial align on each gears axis to whatever objects support them. I would then manually turn one so that it is visually meshed. Then apply the gear relationships and that will hold them meshed together based on the gear ratio you specified. Do not apply relationships between the teeth of your gears as that will prevent them from being able to turn.
