How to connect a callout to a geometric tolerance?

Experimenter
Experimenter

Hello everyone, I'm new to the forum. I'm using SE ST9. Is there a way to connect a callout (e.g. hole callout) to  a geometric tolerance, like the example attached, in order to move them as 'one piece'? Otherwise is there a way to insert the GT in the callout or insert the callout in the GT?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

Sergio

Hi @Sergio_Monti

You can connect the GDT directly to the dimension.

Easiest way to do that is to create the GDT with a leader.

Connect the leader to the dimension a place the GDT to an appropriate position.

Now You can hide the leader but the GDT will be connected to that dimension as it is.

I would just like to add, that if you turn off the leaded before you click the dimension it will stick to the perimeter like a magnet.

And when you edit it later it will stay magnetized to the perimeter.

I just think that's cool.
