I would like to know how to cut a fillet between two object as shown in the part file. I am open to alternative methods to accomplish end result. If anyone would also happen how to know to cut with projected/ wrapped lines please tell me how. I am a noob so bear with me.

Thanks!

Don't make a protrusion and cut, but just make a "Round".

Thanks. I would still like to know if cuts can be made from projected or wrapped sketches and how,

Re: How to cut fillet and from projected lines

I was just curious if it could be done. I am now more interested in cutting with projected lines in general. I was told this could be done but was given no advice on how to do it.

Re: How to cut fillet and from projected lines

When using Synchronous models keep in mind that you are dealing with faces.

With this in mind consider what we are trying to do - modify one face to be like another.

So we use the surfacing command Replace Face. We replace the small face at the end of the fillet with the larger cylindrical face. This short video should make it clear.
