How to pattern part within an assembly without creating a pattern?

Hi,

How can i pattern/copy a part within an assembly without creating a pattern?

I need to pattern a part multiple times with a fixed distance between each along x-axis

My old CAD program I just select the the part, define the axis and then type how many copies I want with XX distance between each. Something similar in SE?

Hi @Maskinbyggerne

Just use a Pattern Along Curve!

Select the parts, start the pattern feature, an edge (axis), number and distance.

Result should be what You expect it to be.

Perfect Smiley Happy

How do you edit an existing pattern? I do not see it in the "Tree menu" with my parts etc.

Hi @Maskinbyggerne

take a look onto the bottom lines of the pathfinder.

Patterns normally a shown as extra group at the end of the pathfinder.
