I can not find any documentation about Progressive Die in anywhere. Therefore, I looking the documents to Design Progressive Die on the Solid Edge.
Our progrsseive die designer doesn't have a manual on how to draw a prog die in Solid Edge. He basicaly learned from our transfer die designers. You need to determine how you want to use the planes for example when draw a part. Same thing for assy's.

In the attachment is progressive die design by Autocad. and now i want to design in 3D.
SolidWorks have 3DQuickPress modul add-on. I don't know Solid Edge have modul add-on the same 3DQuickPress of Solid Works? and how to design a progressive die in Solid Edge?
Start with designing the strip, since everything is based off of that.
Although you could design it in Synchronous, I recommend doing it in Ordered. Since so much about the strip is parametric and based on the pitch, you will want to relate everything parametrically to that and it is probably easier to do so in Ordered.
Once your strip is designed, create a lot of sketches that have all of your tolerance offsets for punches and dies.
Then create a new assembly and ground your strip at the origin.
The rest gets tricky, I'm afraid.
Die block and puches can be created in-context of the assembly. Therefore, if you adjust your strip design the punches and dies continue to line up with it. Relate (through Include or Interpart-Copy) the sketch geometry from your strip.
Shoes, stripper, die blocks, etc. could have the outer dimensions modeled and then the parts assembled. (I usually have the strip centered around the origin and mate the large blocks of the die to the assembly origin as well.) This makes it easier to control the spacing and timing of your die. The clearances for the punches and waste material should be related to the sketches on your strip.
Everything relates back to the strip. Very few interpart relationships should be created between the punch and stripper, or die blocks and shoe, for examples.
