The error says "The assembly may have out-of-data links, therefore cannot be solved. Try using the Update All Links tool before adding a new constraint."

After I got this error, I cliked on "Update All Links" from Tool ribon, but still I have this problem.

I don't have any ideas  how to solve this error. Please help me...
