Improvement to level control when sketching

Hello,

 

There have been a lot of discussions in the past about improving the level control when sketching. I would like to see an improvement when picking the active level.  Instead having to right click on the desired level and picking "make active", it would be more efficient to just click on that level have it become active.  Highlighting in red would help identify it quickly.  I use Corel Draw for silkscreen artwork and this is how it's set up.  This reduces mouse click.

Can't use single click, since that is select and some things are object action. That said, I believe DOUBLE CLICK is the way you can activate a layer today.

Dan is correct, a double click activates a layer...
