Yes, it appears to be a graphics card driver related issue or perhaps closer just a setting in Solid Edge Options - View tab.
The solution by @uk_dave is in this post - and it has worked for me.
Me too having this problem with solid edge st9. I have tried the setting you mentioned above. But it doesn't work. Do you have any other solution?
Which setting are you talking about?
In you case, the latest version of the graphics driver might be available on NVidia'a website.
We had the same issue and we changed the Part Solid Edge Option unticking the automatic check box and selecting software controlled (or something similar to it, I have the spanish version installed).
So far this issue no longer appears.
