Issue in opening existing files

i'm currently working with Solid edge ST9 , when i try to open the existing files i'm getting error as "The file was created with pre-release version of software, the file is no longer valid" after this message if i click ok then solid edge is closing automatically.

it is happening for some of the files only , i'm saving in server & also in local machine. but it is randomly happening for files.

please refer to the attached screenshots. 

please help me to solve this issue

I'm having this same issue with ST-10 MP3.

Does anyone know how this problem was resolved?

Get in contact with GTAC and ask them if they are able to help.

I contacted GTAC and they were unable to resolve the issue. The best they could do was to try and "fix" the affected file but by that time we had restored from a back up and moved on. 

 

Is anyone still having this issue?
