Issue in opening existing files

i'm currently working with Solid edge ST9 , when i try to open the existing files i'm getting error as "The file was created with pre-release version of software, the file is no longer valid" after this message if i click ok then solid edge is closing automatically.

it is happening for some of the files only , i'm saving in server & also in local machine. but it is randomly happening for files.

please refer to the attached screenshots. 

please help me to solve this issue

I would put a call into GTAC ASAP.
